1. Who runs this site

mariasiion.ro is operated by SC RESTAURANT LA MARIA SI ION SRL, registered office at Splaiul Independenței 290, Regie student quarter, Bucharest, Romania, tax ID (CUI) 43718579, Trade Register no. J2021002400409 (the "Restaurant").

2. Purpose of the site

This is an informational website. It presents the restaurant, its menu, opening hours and location, and lets you send a reservation request.

The menu and prices shown online are for information only and may change without prior notice. The prices and availability that apply are those shown on the menu in the restaurant at the time of ordering.

Photographs of dishes and of the venue are illustrative and may differ from reality. Some dish images are illustrations.

3. Reservations

Submitting the reservation form is a request, not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only after the Restaurant contacts you by phone.

The Restaurant may decline or reschedule a request depending on availability. Please let us know in advance if you can no longer come.

4. Intellectual property

The site's content — text, dish names, logo, graphics, photographs, structure and design — belongs to the Restaurant or is used under licence and is protected by law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use this content commercially without the Restaurant's prior written consent.

5. Acceptable use

• use the site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms;
• do not enter false data or another person's data into forms;
• do not attempt to disrupt the operation, security or availability of the site.

6. Links to other sites

The site links to external services (Google Maps, social networks, the ANPC platform). The Restaurant is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep information correct and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is complete or error-free.

Allergen and ingredient information is indicative. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell our staff before ordering.

To the extent permitted by law, the Restaurant is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

8. Changes to these terms

The Restaurant may update these terms at any time. The version that applies is the one published on the site when you access it. The last update date is shown above.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be settled amicably where possible, otherwise by the competent courts in Bucharest.

Consumers may use alternative dispute resolution (SAL) through the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection: anpc.ro/sal/ and the electronic platform reclamatiisal.anpc.ro. The EU ODR platform is no longer available (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228).
